The clothes rack should be placed indoors during winter or autumn. Placing it outdoors could expose the clothes to harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, and wind, which could damage the fabric and cause the clothes to become damp and musty. By keeping the clothes rack indoors, the clothes will be protected from the elements and will stay clean and dry. Additionally, indoor placement will also help maintain the overall quality and longevity of the clothes. **
